GC8 /GD 5 Speed
Our 10087 Shifter also fits in the GC8
For use with 5 speed boxes, the adapter 10087 ADP5G is required because the transmission is shorter and the shift rod cross bore has a different angle
Reverse gear lock on the shift lever has no function at 5-speed Gearboxes, the internal gear lock prevents accidantial engagement of the reverse gear.
( Advantage: if you ever swap to 6 speed, you already have the right shifter)
Since the center console cover must be edited in any case, we recommend the "RACE" Version 10087 RS 5G
